You will have exclusive use of the garden & veranda. Please note that the upper terrace & pool belong to the main house and are not accessible to guests.

Is composed of a Studio flat plus an extra bedroom (with one bunk bed) and it is ideal for couples or small families. The Two room flat is next door to another Studio that may be rented at the same time. Residenza Su Prelau is family owned and magnaged. In the garden of the Residenza there are 3 more units that share outside facilities.
