Location is 10 miles to Newport, with its mansions, Tennis Hall of Fame, Cliff Walk, Ocean Drive, and other sights, and 2 miles to historic Bristol & 4 miles to quaint Tiverton.

Our Barn Sanctuary sits on five acres of land filled with chirping birds, a fire pit, outdoor dining, and room to play. It's two miles from the beaches and walking distance from an ice cream parlor. You can Uber or bus to Down Town Newport, restaurants, Newport Vineyard, Providence or Newport Mansions. Great space for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and pets. We have two cats and a young Borgi pup. Your host is a photographer and offers portraits too. What a bonus.
