This relaxing four season vacation home has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and an elevated west-facing patio deck offering spectacular views of Lake Mindemoya - a small inland lake. The open concept living and dining room with stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings and expansive windows are perfect for preparing and sharing meals and making lasting memories.

Fairwinds Lake House is a waterfront luxury cottage built in 2020. With its private water access, large deck and amazing sunset views it is the perfect location for your family vacation. Fairwinds looks out on Lake Huron and is a 10 min. drive to Tobermory. ***Guest limit is 10. Available year round, enjoy a relaxing stay in this 4 bedroom, 2 story air conditioned cottage less than 200 feet from the largest beach on Manitoulin Island, in Providence Bay. Fully furnished - sleeps up to 8 with exclusive access of the entire cottage! We offer additional services for purchase including firewood, full linens for all beds, showering towels, bike & kayak rentals. Bedding fees are no more than $10/bed and $5/towel, but we often discount this based on the number of guests.
