This top floor flat is situated in the center of Klosters village. You can walk everywhere! 5 min from the main train station or ski lift & 3 min walk from main street, shops and restaurants! It has a lovely open area for socializing, eating meals and enjoying leisure morning and afternoons on the south facing balcony. It contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Flat has a fully equipped kitchen & laundry wash/dry machines. Flat also includes an underground parking space and ski room.

Newly renovated luxury apartment on perfect location in Klosters. Apartment is located in a hotel where guests have free access to the wellness area with pool, spa sauna & gym located on the same floor. The hotel also offers a very nice bar and restaurant. Master bedroom with king - size bed and flatscreen tv and separate bedroom with bunk beds. Open living room and kitchen with dining area, flat screen tv and fireplace makes for a perfect cozy evening after a day on the mountain.

The cosy apartment with two bedrooms is very centrally located (150m to the train station and the gondola, 200m to the Coop) and offers a beautiful view of the Gotschnagrat. The apartment has 60sqm, a south-west facing balcony and an underground parking space. There is a very nice swimming pool in the house (free of charge, closed 13.4.-26.6. and 26.10.-11.12.); the sauna can be used for 10CHF/2h. There is also a ski cellar, a table tennis room and a laundry room.

Liebe Gäste, Cordial bainvegni a Gmuetli! Herzlich Willkommen im Gmuetli! Im Herzen von Arosa, in der Nähe des Obersees gelegen findet ihr unser kleines liebevoll eingerichtetes Bijou. Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. Studio located on 2nd floor of a residential building in a quiet area at the sunniest part of Arosa, with swimming pool and sauna for shared use during the main season*. The sunny balcony offers a nice mountain view. *only available during winter and summerseason! Every second Thursday of the month the pool will be cleaned the whole day. Sauna availble for a fee to be paid onsite.
