We’ve renovated this cozy house as you'll always feel like you're on vacation, in a quiet, secluded spot, nestled on a deckchair under the elegant olive tree in the patio. An invitation for cocooning! Discover the charm of the past with all the modern comforts (air conditioning, fiber optics, etc.). (Please note: steep stairs. Not suitable for young children)

Dans notre ferme nous avons aménagé 1 gîte. Il est situé à l’étage accès par un escalier privatif et 1 espace extérieur est dédié au gîte ( barbecue, table et chaises ) Vous pourrez donc profiter de l’intérieur cosy et climatisé et de l’extérieur également! 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain (chambre1: 30m2) (chambre 2:10m2) composent les parties nuits. Une pièce à vivre a l’entrée de ce gîte ( 30m2) Lit bébé, lit parapluie et chaise haute Le tout avec une connexion Wifi!!! CLIMATISATION!!!

La "Villa au petit bonheur" est une maison de Hameau au calme, entièrement rénovée, à 10 min de Nérac et de Condom, et à 35 min d'Agen. Piscine privée chauffée, terrasse ombragée sous pergola avec salos de jardin, bbq, ping-pong, fléchettes, terrain de pétanque... Elle dispose de 4 chambres climatisées avec lits king-size et 2 lits superposés pour max 8/10 personnes. Un emplacement parfait pour profiter du calme de la campagne et des commodités des villes et villages touristiques alentours.

Stylish 2 bed gite with courtyard, pool & hot tub

Refurbished between 2022 and 2024, Gites de Verger have everything you need for a getaway with friends or family.  The three gites (sleeping 6, 6 & 4) can be rented separately or together, accommodating a maximum of 16 people so are great for a group holiday.   A large shared terrace and outside kitchen area is perfect for larger gatherings and communal dining.   Separate terraces for each gite allow smaller groups some privacy while still enjoying the pool, large hot tub and garden.

Welcome to Maison Principale , thé house is situated in the stunning village of Poudenas . Newly Renovated The House has a large open plan lounge and kitchen , with a large Log burner for your use. 2 double bedrooms and a mezzanine which can sleep 2 ( has low ceiling ) . A large shower room and a utility with washing machine for your use. Outside to the rear is a garden with a small pool (3m x2m) a lovely seating area and BBQ . To the front is a lovely Terrace with a seating area .

Située dans le Gers dans un cadre idyllique au milieu des champs et des vignes, notre grange "Les Cailloux du Pouy" rénovée vous offre un refuge de paix et de tranquillité. Cette ancienne bâtisse en pierre a été rénovée avec soin pour allier le charme de l'ancien et le confort moderne. Poutres en bois apparentes, pierre de taille, salon confortable avec poêle à bois, 4 chambres lumineuses, et 3 salles de bain spacieuses, vous feront vous sentir comme à la maison.

Le bungalow se situe dans notre propriété de 3000m². Pour 2 personnes uniquement. Piscine partagée (non chauffée) débâchée de mai à septembre. Nécessaire de base fourni (draps, serviettes, torchons, savon...) Le bungalow est situé à l'entrée du joli village animé de Mézin, à la pointe du Lot et Garonne, frontalier avec le Gers et les Landes. Les commerces du centre sont accessibles à pied (boulangerie, cave, restaurant, pharmacie...).

A la limite du Gers et des Landes, cette ancienne maison en lot et Garonne a été entièrement rénovée, un réel havre de paix en pleine nature avec piscine privée Grand jardin clotûré Amoureux de la fôret, maison idéale pour activités en famille : VTT, balades, recherche de champignons, running… week-end sur demande hors période HS( juillet et aôut )minimum 7 nuits *Draps : 10 euros par chambre linge de toilette 5 euros par pers
