Walk to SLU in minutes & downtown Canton; SUNY Canton is a short walk across the footbridge or quick drive.

Walking distance to downtown Potsdam, ClarksonUniversity, and SUNY Potsdam; about a 15 minute drive to Saint Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. It has a double bed, a twin-sized bunk bed, the living room has a couch and a twin-sized air mattress. Access to the yard, fire pit, picnic table, hammock, grill, basketball hoop, and dog run. Private entrance. Pet and 420 friendly, smoking allowed outside.

Enjoy our country getaway on 130 acres, just minutes from Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. Explore our horse barn, hiking trails, stream, or relax by the pond. We are located close to great snowmobiling and skiing trails also! The studio apartment is located above a newly constructed garage, that is not attached to our house so you have plenty of privacy. It is an open layout with a queen bed, a daybed, and a twin trundle that can be pulled out.

Waterfront property on Arbuckle Pond with views of water from all windows and access to the private pond and Higley Flow. This cottage nestled in the (practically black fly free) woods will delight your family and friends. Swimming, kayaking, SUP-ing, nordic skiing, snowmobiling, and hiking. Kayak and swim right from the cottage or walk across the road to the dock on Higley. You will delight in the beauty inside and outside of this beautiful space.

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.
