Willkommen in unserem Haus mit Garten und Ihrem hellen Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und Wintergarten. Genießen Sie die Ruhe und Frische der umliegenden Wälder und Seen, während Sie dennoch die Annehmlichkeiten der Großstadt Berlin in greifbarer Nähe haben. Die S-Bahn-Station ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt und bringt Sie bequem und schnell ins Stadtzentrum. Auf Wunsch bieten wir ein leckeres Frühstück an. Zimmer wird auch für Einzelperson vermietet. 2.-3. Person gegen Aufpreis. Unterbringung der 3. Person in kleinerem Nebenzimmer. Kinderermäßigung vereinbar. Beide Zimmer sind hell und sonnig, mit je 2 Dachflächenfenstern und Balkontür zum gemeinsamen Balkon. Die Gäste aus beiden Zimmern teilen sich 1 Bad mit Waschbecken, DU, WC, Waschmaschine. Die Waschmaschine sollte bitte nur nach vorheriger Absprache benutzt werden. Nur an deutschsprachige Gäste. Only german speaking guests, please.

Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.
