Sa druge strane, objekat je veoma dostupan, asfaltnim putem,dolazi se nadomak smještaja. Sami objekat, bio je tradicionalna koliba u kojoj je decenijama unazad porodica domaćina boravila u ljetnjim mjesecima, kada je ujedno služio i za proizvodnju sira i skorupa. Renoviran i predstavlja udobnu oazu, koja je spoj tradicionalnog i modernog.

Durmitor Sunset is located in Pošćenski kraj, 5.5 kilometers from Žabljak. Guests have access to almost 3000 square meters of yard space, free parking, Wi-Fi, and barbecue equipment, with an impressive view of Durmitor and magical sunsets. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with spectacular views. The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped and modern.
