Bartolomeo Townhouse

A modern & stylish 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 story townhouse right in the centre of town! Situated in a prime location, behind the town tennis courts & only a short 2 minute walk to the Pt Lincoln Hotel, the water & the front street that has plenty of shops, pubs & eateries to enjoy. The townhouse has 4 reverse cycle air cons, one down stairs & one in each of the bedrms, plus a ceiling fan in each bedrm. The lounge & the main bedrm both have Smart TV's that do have free to air channels as well.

Calais Palms ~Ocean Front~

Visit the seafood capital “Port Lincoln” and stay in this stunning water front home amongst all the action. The property is close to Port Lincoln's beautiful Parnkalla Walking Trail. Calais Palms has its own reserve a few houses down and a beach which is ideal for swimming, paddle boarding or even kayaking around the marina. The property has its very own pontoon which makes it ideal for bringing your boat. With easy access to all our stunning coastlines we are sure you won’t be disappointed.

The Arched Window

Enjoy a stay at our family friendly home in Port Lincoln. Look through our arched window at stunning views of Boston Bay, Boston island, and our signature gum trees. You can feel like you’re in a semi rural location here, yet we are only 3km from the Port Lincoln foreshore and shopping precinct, and 7 min drive from the airport. The enclosed yard is spacious and complete with sandpit, cubby house, monkey bars, and basketball ring. When it’s down time… just soak up the views from the deck.

Marina Waters

Marina Waters is a 3 bedroom house sleeping up to 7. A private child safe garden front & rear. 2 queen & 2 single bed. A sofa bed is available on request. Both bathrooms were completely renovated in 2022. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry with washing machine. Reverse cycle air-conditioning / heating. Free WIFI and a Blueray player. A covered patio area with a gas BBQ. Conveniently located within a 2 min walk to the Marina Hotel, Shark Cage Diving, Sealion tour & pool.

Great for short stays or longer holidays. Feel right at home in our unique shipping container apartment. Nestled in the marina, this cozy space offers stunning water views. Enjoy a comfortable queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, and bathroom. Savor your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day on the balcony. We have created a Gorgeous Suite -Apartment right in the heart of our beautiful city which is gst registered. Access is via codes and it has a full security system. Its walking distance to everything, the beach, restaurants, cafes, beauty salons, banks literally right in the heart of the main precinct, yet very private. It is over 65sqm and an outdoor area for dining. A stunning retreat for couples to enjoy. Wheelchair access is available should you need it. Simply let me know.

Cozy one bedroom unit, close to town, just a ten minute walk to the foreshore. One queen bed, suitable for a single person or couple; full kitchen, lounge room and dining area; bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. Laundry is fit with a washer and your own private clothes line is at the rear of the unit. Your private unit is separated by a high fence from the main house to ensure yours and our privacy. The perfect housing for agency or contract workers.

"Tiny Zen"

Tiny House situated in a beautiful rural setting with amazing views of the sunset from the back deck. Fully self contained with plenty of parking space. TinyZen is located about 40 metres from main house. However you will still enjoy privacy in the tiny house, with a private back deck with views to the hills and coast & beautiful views of Thistle Island, Sleaford and Fishery Bays. Pets are allowed (not inside & it is not a fenced yard)
