Scandinavian beach house!

This place was designed and built around our experience in Norway. Enjoy a beautiful location - 100 m from the beach, a 15 minute walk to the CBD and close to the coastal trail. Cosy up to the fire inside, or entertain outside. Main bedroom includes a king bed, ocean views, a double shower in the ensuite and a freestanding bath in the bathroom. A king bed is place in the second bedroom, and a queen bed in the 3rd. Secluded and peaceful location with all the design and suave of designer living.

You can feel like you’re in a semi rural location here, yet we are only 3km from the Port Lincoln foreshore and shopping precinct, and 7 min drive from the airport. The enclosed yard is spacious and complete with sandpit, cubby house, monkey bars, and basketball ring. When it’s down time… just soak up the views from the deck.

Relax with this family and outside pet friendly house which has a fully enclosed yard. With 3 bedroom's, 2 with queen beds and 1 with double. Good size lounge, fully equipped kitchen with large outdoor undercover bbq area. The grass area is great for the kids to play on and the outside pet. An open-plan area has reverse cycle air conditioning , wood fire and opens to the balcony via sliding doors. The house is located just minutes walk and drive to the CBD and local beach and restaurants.

Rustlers Retreat - Port Lincoln South Australia

Our home is set on a an acre in beautiful Rustlers Gully, overlooking Boston Bay, this home will accomodate a large family or two. The yard is fully fenced, providing a secure area. There is room for a small caravan, camper, or boat next to shed at rear of property. There is also a two car carport at the rear of the house. Its a five minute drive to the city, or alternatively a popular 30 minute walk along the foreshore into town.

The Manor is gst registered for those who are on business. It is centrally located within easy walking distance to cafes for that morning coffee, the beach beautiful restaurants, beautiful day spas everything you need. The suite is stunning and very spacious it has netflix and free wifi along with all that you would expect at home. There is off street private parking.

Situated directly on the waterfront, Tulka Heights is the perfect location for a very unique and tranquil getaway.
