It is situated 2.5 miles from Pooley bridge and is a 5 minute walk from the quaint village of Tirril, which has its own Country Pub. You can walk the Eamont Way to Pooley Bridge or hop on the bus from Tirril. Lakeway has 4 double bedrooms, the master bedroom is ensuite and there is a large living / dining area which has plenty of room to relax with friends or family. This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Formerly The Ullswater View Guest House has been transformed to a stylish self catering accomodation. Perfect for groups and families. The property is has amazing views of Ullswater and surrounding fells. Situated in the hamlet of Watermillock, five miles from Glenridding and three miles from Pooley Bridge. It has a large car park and a terrace for you to sit and enjoy the view. Keswick is twenty minutes away and Windermere forty minutes.

Farrier's House near Ullswater

Farrier's house is a renovated barn conversion that was previously a farm shop. The house is located in the village of Stainton which is located 5 mins from the edge of the Lake District. It is only 5 minutes from Penrith, 10 minutes from Ullswater and 20 minutes from Keswick. Dogs are more than welcome! We also rent out Black Mesa on AirBnB should you need another property for friends and family! We live just down the road and so if you have any questions or problems we can quickly help.

Garden Flat, Ullswater: Fabulous views and reviews

Stunning views of Ullswater... Very special... Perfect... Well equipped... Spotless and clean... Fantastic host... No picture of our panoramic view can really do justice to The Garden Flat. But we hope those words from our most recent reviews do. The flat is in an elevated 19th century former hunting lodge. The Ullswater Way walking route is at the end of the drive. Down the hill is the Brackenrigg Inn, with its own microbrewery, and Another Place, with lake swimming and spa facilities.

It is perfect for couples and single travellers looking to explore the Lake District - being only 3 miles from Lake Ullswater you'll find plenty of things to see and do. Fair warning - being above a busy pub there can be some noise heard from the pub below. Current pub opening times: Monday - closed Tuesday to Saturday - 12pm to 10pm Sunday 12pm to 5.30pm
