Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Ce logement tout équipé et paisible, sans vis-à-vis, vous permet de passer un séjour détente seul ou à deux. Il sera aussi idéal pour un pied-à- terre lors de vos déplacements professionnels. Son emplacement en dessous de ma maison lui permet de rester toujours au frais même lors de fortes chaleurs. Pour l’hiver, des vannes thermostatiques connectées ont été installées afin d’adapter le chauffage à vos besoins. L'accès à l'appartement se fait par des escaliers extérieurs. (Maj décembre 2024)
