The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Bozion Barn - Views & Camel trail to Padstow

Completely away from it all, yet near to Padstow and Wadebridge, Bozion Barn lies in a delightful south-facing position above the River Camel valley with its cycle trail to the moors or Padstow. A perfect place for surfing on the famous Polzeath beach and SW coast path - a 5 minute walk away, or equally a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty that nature has to offer in terms of walks, beaches, swimming, relaxing, picnicking. Baby Bay boasts a wonderful outdoor sauna in close proximity. We are very proud of our home and have made every effort to keep it newly decorated and beautifully furnished.

Cancleave has been in our family since 1962. During the winter of 2020/21 it underwent a complete reconstruction to create a modern, energy-efficient and supremely comfortable retreat. Nestled on the coast road between Crackington Haven and Widemouth Bay, the property occupies around half an acre of lawned garden bordering the South West Coast Path. From here you can enjoy breathtaking views across Bude Bay as far as Lundy Island, as well as inland vistas stretching all the way to Dartmoor.
