The apartment is located in an attractive location in a newly built neighborhood called "city kej" which is conceived as a green zone of the city. Tucked between the main river Moraca and the Gorica hill, which symbolize the city, it exudes naturalness and freshness. Just 10 minutes walk from the city center and yet isolated from city noise. The apartment has a living room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, hallway and balcony. The interior is based on simplicity in a modern style.

Ethno village Skadar Lake is located on the river Moraca river in Skadar Lake, built in the traditional manner of ethnic village. We have a total of 7 wooden houses. Of which there are 5 houses for a maximum of 4 persons and 2 houses for a maximum of 8 persons (two bedrooms and a living room). All houses have free parking, free WI-FI, air conditioning, hairdryer, mini bar as well as kitchen (kitchen is suitable for tea, coffee). If necessary we can provide a crib and a baby chair.
