Bajando de un media planta se encuentra un espacio con dos habitaciones, dos baños y un espacio con lavadora y secadora. Bajando al jardín hay un porche, una terrasa y otras dos habitaciones con baños y un pequeño salón. La piscina se encuentra al lado del jardín.
