Located between the major tourist attractions of Trinity and Bonavista - minutes away from the Port Rexton Brewery and the Skerwink Trail. Ideal for couples and/or families being in walking distance from the Champney’s West Aquarium. Our front deck overlooks the ocean and is breathtaking - the perfect place to sit and enjoy a beverage!

The pull out sofa in the living area is suitable for an extra guest or two. Laundry on site- extra fee applies. This Suite is in a shared property with two other units all with its own private entrances and parking .

Nan’s and Pop’s New Beach house - Updated Policies

We are asking that guests book a 2 night minimum stay to accommodate our enhanced cleaning protocols. Nan’s and Pop’s oceanfront salt box style home! Newly built in 2019, this house is centrally located in the historic Mockbeggar area of Bonavista. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, pubs, Old Days Pond boardwalk, churches, and the Matthew Legacy building.
