I am walking distance to the bus line and one straight bus ride to Oakland and universities and hospitals. It isn't too far to Southside, downtown, uptown or sporting events. It is walking distance to the library, gym, Carnegie Music Hall, a park, Improv comedy club and a brewery. We have a great outside area with tiki bar for guests to enjoy in the summer time.
