Tucked away less than a mile from downtown Boerne, this charming home puts you close to boutiques, breweries, antique shops, coffee spots, and local favorites. Inside, there’s plenty of space to settle in and relax, and outside you’ll find a large backyard with a patio and BBQ grill. The home is set up for comfort, with comfy beds, central A/C & heat, fast Wi-Fi, and a large flat-screen TV with Netflix and YouTube TV. We’ve also stocked plenty of coffee so you can start your mornings right :)

Welcome to the river house, our little slice of central Texas heaven! Here you’ll find a comfy, secluded, private home on the banks of the Medina river, located 45 minutes outside of San Antonio and a short 15 minute drive to Bandara. This recently renovated two bedroom all rock home has a bonus room, a large full bath, spare half bath, and everything a family could need to enjoy a great trip to the Medina river. The river is very family friendly and 100 yards directly in front of the house.

Nestled in the oaks and cedar you hardly remember that you are in a neighborhood. Enjoy grilling and relaxing in the shade or watching the river run from the spacious front porch. It's just a short walk to the river where you can swim, tube, kayak or just lounge in the cool clear water of the Medina. Dog friendly, up to two are welcome.

Vintage Cottage

As you pass from the outside deck into the Cottage's living room you will pass from the 21st century, back in time to a more leisurely mid-20th century Cottage. This newly renovated cottage has a kitchen that is built up around original cabinetry; but, has new appliances tastefully incorporated. The hallway leads to the 2 bedrooms with their antique style beds; but , with 12" memory foam mattresses. The bathroom boasts a walk-in glass shower and a sink right out of the 1947 Sears catalog.
