The A-Frame is a vintage 1955 Sears and Roebuck kit house, recently remodeled for your Airbnb pleasure! This A-Frame is set way back in the woods, yet is only minutes from the interstate, movies, malls, eateries, and all Montgomery has to offer. Kind of a "best of both worlds" situation. 20 minutes from Maxwell and Gunter AFB, 50 minutes from Auburn, and 2 minutes from I-85. This historic home houses the only museum dedicated to Scott & Zelda Fitzgerald. The Fitzgeralds lived here from 1931 until 1932, writing portions of their respective novels, "Save Me The Waltz" and "Tender Is The Night". The downstairs now houses the Fitzgerald Museum, and the upstairs is now home to two separate suites. As we are a historic home, there are some limitations on modernizing the home with contemporary amenities. If you require those, this may not be the suite for you.
