The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

L'alloggio consiste in una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno nuovo con box doccia, la cucina e un ampio spazio esterno al coperto in cui è possibile mangiare. È necessaria l'automobile ma la casa prevede il parcheggio
