The award-winning Naiipa Art Complex is also close by. * We are very close to Sukhumvit road and BTS station, guests may experience some noise from the street. Please consider if anyone in your group is sensitive to noise. * This unit is on ground floor. * Shared kitchen and breakfast area are on 2nd floor, guests must use stairs (No lift). * Laundry area on 3rd floor has washing machine and dryer that guest can use free of charge * Please be mindful of your noise after 10 pm. * My Hometel is strictly No Smoking. Please go outside if you want to smoke.
