Hi, Welcome to our charming and freshly renovated apartment in the baroque palace in Perast, built more than 300 hundred years ago. This is a beautiful old stone house with airy rooms, well equipped with modern devices which make the apartment functional for everyday use. In front of the house there is a delightful shared terrace where you can relax and admire the picturesque surroundings. Our house is located in the quiet part of the town, only 2 minutes walk from the seaside (50 stairs).

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
