Ryeland - Glamping Safari Tent

The Ryeland lies at the very top of the Gathering site. It has its own parking area for up to 3 cars and is our wheelchair accessible tent. It has a walk-in shower, and a low profile bath, to provide luxurious bathing for our guests who may have some mobility issues. The Ryeland sleeps six in a king and two twin rooms. Sunset verandas have comfortable outdoor furniture with woollen rugs, fire pit and gas BBQ. The lodges look out onto dry stone walled sheep pastures with the moorland beyond.

Sweet Knoll Bell Tent

Welcome to your perfect getaway, sweet knoll camping is the perfect rural escape set in its own enclosed Croft. The bell tent is a perfect base to explore the Peak District situated on the pennine way. You can walk directly to castleton & mam tor from the campsite or by car which is a 10 minute drive. There is private parking for two cars directly behind the bell tent. A 15 minute drive is the spa town of Buxton. In the village is the local pub, Devonshire arms which also has a pop in shop.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars here in our rustic bell tents. Right in the heart of the Peak District , Sheeps bit is nestled right at the bottom of mamtor with beautiful views across the valley. 5 minutes walk is the lovely village of Edale and the train station. At our lovely little site you will be welcomed by our friendly farm animals. There is an on site shower and toilet and the tents come with log burners, plates and cutlery and all the things to make a nice brew .

The site is situated on the outskirts of Hulland Ward village. It has a private entrance and the tents sit looking out onto stunning Derbyshire views and over the meadow after which the site is named. The village is a short walk and offers a farm shop, garage, local store, and pub. A stay here can meet everyone's wishes, including walks to suit all abilities, cycle routes, watersports, historic buildings, tourist attractions, theme parks and famous Derbyshire villages and market towns.

Enjoy a lovely carpeted glamping experience with beautiful views. There is a fridge, kettle, gas stove, pots and pans. Wood stove. Crockery and utensils for two. Foldaway table, double bed, single pullout bed on request, two comfortable chairs, bed side cupboards and lamps with USB sockets. There is a CO2 alarm. There are table and chairs to sit outside under the awning and chill next to the fire pit. We have nice toilets and showers. Next to the high peak trail. lots to do.
