Just 3 miles from I-5! This historic building was built in 1905 & served as the towns Confectionary and later a grocery store. We spent 2023 transforming it into a little slice of the Wild West (with a twist) full of antiques, & fun decor to make you feel like you’ve traveled back in time but with all the modern day comforts. Pull up a stool in the Saloon, or gather ‘round the poker table & enjoy music from a 1900’s player piano. We also have a fun arcade room, a jail for fun photo ops & more!

Fish, Hunt, Hike, Ski, Shop, Antiques, Art, Dine, Festivals, Lakes, Kayaking, Breweries, Wineries. Our quest house is about 600 sq ft. & sleeps 4 adults - 1 queen bed and pull-out sectional. Extensive beautiful gardens give everyone the ambiance of a very, very peaceful place. Many love to connect with the friendly farm animals. The BNB is very comfortable & private. The Gardens give the impression we are miles away from the city, but all services are within 2 miles. Just a mile off the freeway, its easy access to the salt water, walking paths & parks, restaurants, museums, stores. Only a couple hours(or less) to Rainier & Olympic National parks, the ocean, zoo, wildlife parks.

If you are looking for a memorable experience as well as a comfortable place to rest during your travels in the PNW, our tiny house may be just the spot for you! Feed our resident farm animals treats, enjoy the views of the valley and river below from the outdoor covered seated area, or snuggle and read a good book in this super cozy setting. Batwater Station Tiny Cabin on the Columbia River

Experience an otters view of the Columbia river at the cabin which is remote from the other buildings. It includes heat, good internet, several streaming TV channels and trundle bed that makes into king size bed with cabinets and cold water sink. Your retreat includes gazebo with propane barbecue, fire pit and outhouse. Bedding, cookware, dishes, oil, coffee, tea, coffee pot, etc. are provided as well. Access to pier house includes heated shower and bathroom along with full kitchen.

The spacious living room with writing desk, bedroom, bath, mini-kitchen (with hot plate), patio, and private coded entrance are on the lower floor of this rural mid-century modern house—our family home since 1960.
