The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view.

Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. Villa Blue Pearl is an 1 bedroom property with private swimming pool which is located in Elitas, a small hill just 3.5 km from Parikia the capital of Paros and the port. The total living space is 105 m2, it can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests and is ideal for large groups or families. Surrounded by terrace, at an elevated position which offers sea view, walking distance from the beach and the center of Paroikia. Following the Cycladic tradition, the house has been painted white. Inside however, has decorated in minimal design.

Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.

Within 3 mins walking, all the vibrant life and the beauty of this village is there for you! The house offers all facilities including a/c, wifi and usually there is parking space nearby , something hard to find in Naousa. There are 2 bathrooms & a fully equipped kitchen!

This is a self-contained residence of 6 people, ideal for families and groups, located in the heart of the traditional settlement of the famous Naoussa and has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay on our island.

The Naxian View Luxury Suite with Outdoor Jacuzzi is located in Agios Polikarpos, Naxos, with incredible panoramic view of Aegean Sea and the temple of Apollo. In our place you'll relax in the outdoor jacuzzi, or in your private veranda, enjoying your drink. We are located 1,5km away from old town (about 20 minutes on foot), 1,8km from the port (about 25 minutes on foot) and 5 minutes away from Naxos town by car.
