This individual Annexe is situated near the wonderful market town of Coleford in the heart of the Forest of Dean, which has all the amenities needed to make your stay enjoyable and is an ideal base to explore the area. There are many places to visit, such as, Puzzlewood, (walking distance), Clearwell caves, Symonds Yat and the Wye Valley. There is a footpath that leads directly from the property into the forest so you can enjoy walking and biking. There’s also two 18 hole golf courses nearby.

Lambsquay House is a beautifully restored 300 year old Georgian Country House, located in the picturesque Forest of Dean, situated between popular tourist attractions, Puzzlewood and Clearwell Caves. A former hotel, it has undergone extensive renovations and is now home to Calico Interiors, a family run interiors/soft furnishing business, occupying the ground and first floor. The second floor has been converted into two self catering apartments with private entrance accessed via a staircase.

The chapel has been sympathetically restored and retains many original features, character and charm. This is our newly built light and airy self contained guesthouse set in the beautiful Forest of Dean. It's the perfect location for exploring all that the forest has to offer. We are on the edge of the village of Bream and you can access the forest from the lane opposite, straight down a path and you're into the woods. It's a great spot for walking and mountain biking. We live in the cottage next door and share the off road parking.
