It is an example of traditional city architecture of the late 19th – early 20th century, restored to perfection under the supervision of the Nicosia Municipality. Furnished with antique furniture and decorated with much care and respect for the local traditions, the house is the perfect place to be if you want to explore Cyprus’s capital and feel its unique spirit.

There's always something that needs fixing here and a lot of potential as an eco-sensitive artist residency in the making. It's well equipped, comfortable, roomy and flexible. We welcome you to enjoy it, to explore its surroundings made up of rich architectural remnants from times past, and remember a different way of dwelling and of being in the world. The plumbing is now fixed and the back yard is next!

The cozy, sparkling clean and modern house will provide to you, the relaxation and the serenity that you are looking for! This place is excellent for couples, solo travelers and families with kids. Important: The 2nd bedroom will be available only if you make the booking for 3 or 4 guests. In case you rent the entire house for 1 or 2 guests, the 2nd bedroom will remain locked.
