Living between big city and nature. You rent a room with separate bathroom, shared kitchen and garden in our house in Friedrichshagen which is located in 30 minutes city train distance to the center of Berlin. Friedrichshagen is a charming suburb known for its painters and poets near to city as well as near to the nature. 5 minutes walk to city train, 10 minutes walk to lake "Müggelsee" with all kinds of water sport activities (you can use our kayak). In foot walk distance you will find lovely cafes, restaurants, shops, bicycle rental, a very nice cinema.

In our home you'll stay in your private two rooms with your own bathroom with shower. Other areas like the kitchen are shared with us 🚃🚊🏙️ It takes about 45 minutes by public transport to get to the city center. We offer you a calm home in a 60s Bauhaus meets modern design, surrounded by nature in the vibrant city of Berlin. 🌳🌲⛵️🏊‍♀️ The "Lange See" lake is just a 4-minute walk away and is ideal for swimming or a boat trip during the summer. The forest is perfect for walks or running.

Owned by a French-Latvian family, this cozy home, updated by an interior stylist, is perfect for families seeking relaxation. Enjoy the partially unfinished garden ( no fence yet) with a trampoline. Only a 30-minute drive from the city center, it’s ideal for families working in Berlin who want a peaceful retreat close to the city. The garden is still unfinished that's why the price is bit lower.

Unser Ferienhaus befindet sich in Berlin-Gatow und liegt gegenüber der Villa Lemm. Ruhig im Grünen, nur wenige Meter vom Wasser entfernt und trotzdem ist man in 25 Minuten im Zentrum - egal ob mit dem PKW oder dem ÖPNV. Der perfekte Ort zum Ausspannen nach einem aufregenden Tag in der Hauptstadt. Auf der anderen Seite ein wahres Hundeparadies mit viel Natur für ausgiebige Spaziergänge, für Paddel- und Fahrradtouren auf der Havel oder dem Havelradweg. Dazu gibt es Badestellen und Spielplätze.

Komplett renovierter Bungalow direkt am Wasser und nur 30 Minuten vom Berliner Zentrum entfernt. Vom Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche hast Du einen tollen Wasserblick. Außerdem gibt es ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit einem Strandkorb für romantische Stunden direkt am Wasser. Es gibt Sonnenliegen, Grill und Ruderboot auf Anfrage. Das Bad und die Dusche befinden sich außerhalb des Bungalows und werden mit anderen Gästen der Marina gemeinsam genutzt.

Unser Haus liegt nur 30 Minuten vom Berliner Zentrum entfernt, ruhig an einem Landschaftsschutzgebiet . Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum See, in dem Schwimmen zwar erlaubt ist, der aber meist nur noch als Angelgewässer genutzt wird. Das Haus ist saniert und technisch auf dem neuesten Stand, inklusive elektrischer Rollläden, W-LAN, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ und allen Sky Paketen. Mit Holz-Spielplatz, Hängematten, Hollywoodschaukel, Sonnenliegen und einer großen Terrasse zum Grillen.

Private ensuite, located in a calm community. Next to a convenient bus stop and 10-15 minute to the S2 Buch train station. A spacious ensuite room with an independent entrance for privacy. Featuring a large bed, storage, work desk, fast internet access, and outside terrace. Ideal for Professionals visiting Helios Hospital or the Medical Research Centre. Nature Retreat with lush fields, horse stables, and a nature reserve. Bicycle tour to nearby wildlife sanctuary, lakes, and beaches.

Woodhouse at the lake

The house is designed in wood and consist of two floors. The main floor has an open kitchen (fully equipped) and a living room, a terrace with lake view and direct access to the small harbor that belongs to the property, one sleeping room and the bathroom. the second floor consist of one room with two single beds. The property is directly situated at outlier of the Müggelsee lake. This house is an ideal retreat for autumn and winter holidays, with its warm and inviting interiors.

Flat in Town House at Ostkreuz

Two people will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. This is the two upper floors of our town house. We, my partner Janos and I, stay downstairs and you walk through our floors to get to yours. You rent our studio and a small flat on the top floor. There are 50 stair steps to walk up. There are glass doors to open to two big terasses, one with a water view. We have made space for you, but our art works, books and equipment are standing around in the studio.
