Regency Towers charges a one-time $40 fee per reservation for one parking permit and pool wristbands. Must be at least 21 years of age to rent.

Home away from Home And Cozy with Salt Water Pool

Located in a nice safe neighborhood this house is about 2,000 sq ft and has everything you will need and love. You also can soak up the sun laying next to the pool out back, or you can take a 10 to 15 min drive and be standing with your toes on the white sandy beaches in Panama City Beach. There is a Hot Tub out back by the pool you can enjoy after a long day. There will be fresh linens and towels upon arrival. You will feel right at home here! Come check it out and see for yourself.
