Amazing newly renovated house in Pals, in the heart of the Costa Brava with amazing views of El Montgri and the sea (Illes Medes). Garden, barbeque, pool and a lovely porche to enjoy the sunsets. The house has a big living room with kitchen integrated, a master bedroom with a queen bed (and can have an extra single bed) and another double room with two single beds that can be setup separately or together. One lovely bathroom, the house has been completely renovated in 2021.

The house is 1 km from Begur, 1km from a supermarket and 3 -5 km from its finest coves and beaches, in a quiet residential neighborhood. We love walking or cycling there, Begur is hilly though :). Driving is always an option, but parking gets scarce in high season. About ten beaches and coves within 10 km of the house. We love the location, but we recommend taking a look at the map before booking, just to make sure it fits what you're looking for :)

Cette villa, perle cachée de la Costa Brava, a été totalement rénovée en 2019. Elle est au top de la modernité. La vue est exceptionnelle, mer et falaises. Vous n'êtes qu'à 10mn à pied de la Cala Puig D'Aiguafreda pour aller vous baigner dans la mer. Si vous n'avez pas le courage, la piscine est énorme ! Vous pourrez facilement rester au calme et au frais de la maison.
