A country escape located 4km’s up the Pahiatua Track. Approximately 8-10 minute drive to the outskirts of town, Massey University, the IPU Tertiary Institute and to our local Summerhill shopping centre with a supermarket, takeaways, laundry, café’s and restaurants. Palmerston North's CBD is about 13 km's. Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

Hi - I offer a warm, welcoming, sunny space with everything you need. A modern kitchen and bathroom provide a comfortable family set up with a lounge area leading to the pool. Please note that the nightly rate is for up to 4 people and includes breakfast. There are 3 bedrooms ideally suited to 5 guests however having 2 singles in one room allows for 6 if required. This can be reconfigured to a queen and a single in the largest bedroom allowing more space in the single room, if preferred.

The spacious open plan living/kitchen/dining opening to the front and back deck boasts an open fire and views of the beach. The 4 double bedrooms total 10 beds sleeping 14 people. Cosy fire, Vault bathroom. Multi-night discounts. Continental breakfast. Cafe and Pub within a two minute walk. River and bush walks a plenty. A fabulous diversion encompassing spectacular views. You will be staying in the character filled, old Kimbolton BNZ Bank (complete with teller box). This is a great Digital Nomad option - with ski fields within 2.5 hours. I live in the "Managers Quarters" which are through a door from the bank (the walls are very thick).

Positioned in a sleepy beach cul de sac you will find 'The Smurf Shack' - This is a complete property and not a Bach on someone's back section. A perfect escape back to those sepia memories of yesteryear. Consists of 2 bedrooms inside, a sleep-out, boardwalk, covered outside lounge (with lighting and heater), alfresco dining deck with Weber BBQ and outside games, a garage w fridge, outside tiki bar, all on a large fully fenced section perfect for kids and the dog.

Welcome to Friendly Feilding! We are a country town 25 minutes from Palmerston North city. This self-contained sleepout with external private access is set in a quiet cul-de-sac. It’s a two-minute drive to the centre and less than a minute to the dairy. This cosy room is detached from the main house, so you can come and go as you wish with private check-in. If you are after a relaxing and warm holiday home close to the beach, you'll find it here. The bach at Waikawa is a new semi-rural property located just a short walk (10 minutes) from the the beach. Set on an acre of flat land, there is plenty of space for games, for kids to run around, or just relaxing on the large deck in the sun. This home has all the essentials including, air conditioning or heat pump, a Smart TV, and unlimited Wifi (Fibre).

The Cottage

A private self contained cottage in a rural setting. This restored 1930's cottage is very cosy and comfortable. A heat pump is available for those chilly nights. The Cottage is located on a lifestyle block approximately 14 km from the centre of Palmerston North. The cottage looks out over a pond and paddocks with ducks and sheep. Guest access is by keypad on the main entry gate to the property.
