Waterfront private outside dining area with a grill, dock, and boardwalk are available on the waterfront side of the property. Famous local restaurants Cap's on the Water and Aunt Kate's are within walking distance from the property.

The cozy upper level apartment with a queen bed in the master bedroom with bath and double and single beds in the second bedroom with bath is perfect for 1-5 guests. A short 8-10 minute walk allows visitors to explore the many downtown historic sites, museums & restaurants. Free parking for one car on our lot. There is free street parking for additional cars (except from Nov 15th-Jan11th Nights of Lights).

Parking for 1 vehicle only Studio apt. attached to our house but privately separated. Centrally located in Jacksonville, only a ten minutes to the beaches, 12 minutes to mayo clinic. Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests. Comfortable Queen sized bed easily sleeps 2, crib available on request for infants younger than 2. Hosts are friendly and answer communications immediately. Thank you.

Double Dolphin Bungalow

This is a great beach apt. located on the 1st floor. walk 1 short block to the beach and put your toes in the sand. This neighborhood is close to everything, we even have a local coffee shop a few doors down. Cute space with all tile floors and comfy furniture to kick back and relax after a day in the sun. Just for added information no central air or heat but we have window units and electric fireplace and space heaters. Will accept pets on a case by case basis $40.00 per stay pet fee.

The Orchid of Lake Santa Fe

Melrose Bay on Lake Santa Fe This apartment is newly remodeled. It features new cabinets, new appliances, a private porch and lovely furnishings, WIFI and cable. Downtown Melrose is in walking distance with three restaurants (one is the famous Blue Water Bay), public library, post office, grocery store, dollar store and Ace. Bring your boat and launch at the nearby boat ramp. Lake Santa Fe is a recreational lake with clean spring fed water for swimming, boating, skiing and fishing.

Let this unique 1 bdrm/1 bath (w/ claw-footed tub) apartment provide the relaxation and comfort you should expect when on vacation. The bedroom has a comfy queen-sized mattress and the black recliner in the living room has the potential to lull you into a dreamy state when you're not out exploring! The treehouse is close enough to attractions/beach/restaurants to walk or ride bikes (We have an assortment of bikes and beach paraphernalia for your use). Three day minimum.

The Cozy Studio is steps from world class beaches and Starbucks. Access the Beach by using the new Wooden Walk Over and Shower for sandy bottoms! Fresh linens and towels guaranteed. 1 queen bed Comfortably sleeps 2 adults. AC/Heat, wifi, basic cable Smart TV with pre-formatted screening apps. (access streaming apps with your own codes) Kitchen with all kitchen ware, washer and dryer within the unit. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. Pets are not allowed.
