The Riverside Bungalow bungalow is located on 2 acres of historic land. Built in 1900 & originally known as the Kentucky Military Institute the buildings are over 124 years old. The property overlooks the Eau Gallie River, perfect for kayaking, fishing, & boating adventures. We are 3 miles from the beach and 2 miles from the Melbourne Airport. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is the place for you. You can watch the local wildlife all day and enjoy the serenity.

It's like a private resort with tropical landscape, nature trail, river views, hot tub, heated swim spa, multi-level decks, tennis court, boat ramp, fishing, park and playground. Everything you'd want in a resort without all the people! The two large bedrooms have queen beds and nice windows and views. The living room is comfortable and the kitchen includes a washer/dryer and has plenty of room and storage for long-term stays.

Crane Creek Inn Dolphin Suite: Waterfront Pool!

Welcome to the Crane Creek Inn. Built in 1925, the historic property is situated directly on beautiful Crane Creek, just one block away from everything Downtown Melbourne has to offer. At 600 sqft, the Dolphin Suite is our largest unit and includes a full kitchen, perfect for an extended stay. It has a private entrance from the pool deck. Guests staying in this suite do not have access to the main house.
