Get away from it all, and stay under the stars. The only reminder of civilization is the train that comes through several times a day. I cut a path through the woods to the running Creek on our property, so visit it as often as you want. A very peaceful 5 acres that's close to everything. You're no more than 5 minutes to a Circle K and 15 minutes to a Publix grocery store. Full hookup is provided. You will travel a rough gravel and dirt road to get to the property, but noone has gotten stuck.

This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown Palatka, Florida. The location of the home is semi-commercial. The neighors have teenagers and are sometime known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged town with areas of distress and has taken longer to recover from recession. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. However, the people are quite friendly.
