Safe neighbourhood and perfect travel location for Central London (20 mins by train) and for Richmond, Twickenham, Kew Gardens and Wimbledon Lawn Tennis. 5 min walk to wonderful Richmond Park and an abundance of great restaurants and pubs.

There is an en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm here and guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. The room faces west, catching the evening sun. Your London adventure starts in my VERY central flat, 1 block from Trafalgar Square. Choose a King bed or 2 singles, and you have your own bathroom. I live in the flat with my own bedroom & bath. We share living room & kitchen. Breakfast options include gluten and dairy-free. Great gym in building. NOT for people with severe disabilities as there are stairs to the lift. Use the lift to third floor or for extra fitness take the 91 stairs. No air conditioning, fans provided. No street parking.

Private bathroom & use of full kitchen by arrangement. 10% discount for non use of kitchen. 2nd guest option for £10 per night. The townhouse is next to Bishops Park in south west Fulham with its beautiful grounds, palace, cafe, and river walks. It's on a quiet side street with numerous nearby shops and cafes and good transport links for the underground and numerous bus options.

The bed is a double bed - for a 2 night minimum stay with TV and ensuite bathroom/shower. There is a small separate sitting room with coffee & tea making facility, a small fridge, TV & books and a roof terrace which is for my guests sole use. All beautifully decorated. Many small restaurants and transport links. Enjoy the host's continental breakfast in a light & comfortable kitchen. Bus routes are to Sloane Square and beyond. Fulham Broadway, Hammersmith, Knightsbridge and beyond.

I can help with any reservations, advise on day trips for shopping and sight-seeing in and around London. I have a small garden to relax in on nice days and each morning will provide you with a delicious breakfast at a time to suit you.
