Traditional Beach House a few minutes from Lisbon

This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

It is ideally situated: 10 mins walking distance from Santo Amaro beach and 5 mins to its train station, which brings you to the city centre of Lisbon in 20 mins and to Cascais in 15 mins. The neighbourhood is quiet and charming and you can easily park your car for free in the street.

Once the artist’s studio, it retains a strong sense of authorship, defined by five-metre-high ceilings and a fluid dialogue between levels. It offers a spacious kitchen and a large dining and living area filled with natural light. There are two sleeping areas, including one on the mezzanine, and a generous bathroom. Oriented to all four directions, it offers a luminous atmosphere.

Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.

OUTPOST - Ocean Casitas One of the four Ocean Casitas, at the very top of the whitewashed fishermen's village of Azenhas do Mar with a large private terrace right to the edge of the cliff. 

 Originally traditional fishermen’s homes, the casitas have been carefully rebuilt to combine their original charm with contemporary design, including open layouts, micro-cement floors and ceilings up to 5 meters high. A calm, stylish space designed for a relaxed coastal stay.

This apartment is unique in its surroundings, due to the terrace equipped with hammock & barbecue and a beautiful sunrise view (East). Take a walk to Parede beach (9 min), or to Riviera Shopping Center, on the way to Carcavelos beach (12 min walk) where you can take surf lessons. Keep in mind the house is located on the 3rd floor, without elevator. It's equipped with Wi-Fi, TV in the living room and bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.
