Location: Close to the A27 this is ideal for guests or business people who like to get quick access to explore the surrounding areas. You will need a car to get around.

A bijou but perfectly formed space with a warm luxurious blend of natural rich organic textures creating a comfortable light, cozy relaxing room to embrace the simple pleasures of life. Walking distance to the city centre of Chichester. The room provides a king size bed, mini fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, utensils for a simple breakfast.

Entire self contained barn in Oving near Goodwood

The Cart House dates back to the 18th century and is set within our grounds in the hamlet of Colworth, near Oving. The conversion was completed in July 2021 and is renovated to a very high standard offering the perfect couples getaway in the countryside. The luxury annexe is situated a short drive away from Goodwood, The South Downs, Chichester and The Witterings and is walking distance to the pretty village of Oving - sadly as of March 2025, the local pub is closed due to a fire.

The Cottage at The Dene - With Goodwood Healthclub

We have now completed a major renovation of the cottage and are taking bookings. The cottage combines chic luxury with a country touch, and provides a private location close to the amenities of Roman Chichester, Arundel with its impressive castle and quaint shops, and the facilities of the Goodwood estate. There is immediate access to many lovely walking and cycle routes through some beautiful countryside. Our newly refurbished local pub The Anchor just 150 yds away and many other country pubs and eateries nearby including the famous Crab and Lobster

The beautiful Halnaker windmill walk is nearby. Please note that the cottage is not suitable for babies and children.
