Goudy Pond is a 22 acre private lake fed by natural springs and surrounded by wilderness and acres of a wetlands teaming with wildlife. Kayaks, canoes, paddle boats are provided. Enjoy swimming, hiking, fishing. No electricity, however there are flush toilets, hot shower, propane for lights and cooking.

Swing mount TV in the living room area as well as a TV in the bedroom. Island dining table with 4 chairs. Bedroom offers a queen bed and queen size sleeper sofa in living room. Fully furnished with dishes and linens. Will provide linen exchanges/cleaning during extended stays.

Drive 200 yards across the Route 3 Bridge to hop on the snowmobile trails or hike Selkirk State Park, or a few miles north to find yourself golfing near Sandy Pond.

Waterfront property with a 30' dock. This cottage has Oneida Lake in the backyard! Beautiful lake view, perfect for fishing year round or just relaxing. A deck overlooks the lake in the back of the house along with a BBQ grill, a fire pit, and a picnic table in the backyard. There is a kayak, paddle board, and row boat for guest use. The house has two smart TVs and Wi-Fi included. Off-street parking in front of the house. It is 20 minutes to downtown Syracuse via Rt 81.

Living off the grid in a cozy cabin surrounded by nature sounds like a unique and peaceful experience. The addition of chickens and a beekeeping experience adds to the charm of the stay. This is a small Hobbie Farm with a cute rustic cabin with a compost toilet and a mini woodstove. Nestled in its own little yard wildlife may be about. Deer , fox, even little mice and bunnies scurry about. We want our guests to understand this is a rustic listing with an off grid menu.
