Nur 200m vom Meer entfernt und doch geschützt vor dem Wind, befindet sich Casa Kalisat „Haus Glück“. Umgeben von atemberaubender Vulkanlandschaft, dem klaren Sternenhimmel bei Nacht, der Kraft der Gezeiten, findet man Ruhe und Naturverbundenheit in schöner Wohnatmosphäre. Im ganzen Dorf darf man unbekleidet sein, FKK ist hier gern gesehen, aber kein Zwang. Es gibt einen Supermarkt in Charco und mehrere gute inseltypische Restaurants in Mala und Arrieta, wo sich auch ein langer, flacher Sandstrand, geeignet für Kinder und Surfer befindet. Eine geschützte Badestelle(200m) aus natürlichem Lavagestein, ermöglicht ganzjährig das Baden bei Hochwasser, ein Felsen(500m) mit Trittleiter ist für Schwimmer und Taucher der perfekte Zugang zum Meer. Mehrere Wanderpfade nehmen hinter dem Haus ihren Anfang. Der schönste führt direkt zum Ausflugspunkt „Jardin de Cactus“, des bekannten Inselkünstlers César Manrique.

Gemütliches Studio-klimatisiert- mit großem, schön angelegtem Garten und solarbeheiztem Pool, gelegen in einer ruhigen Privatstrasse in Mácher. Zentral wohnen, mit dem Supermarkt gleich nebenan und dennoch für sich sein, nach einem tollen Ausflugstag bei einem Glas Wein auf der Terrasse sitzen, oder ein paar Bahnen im solarbeheizten Pool ziehen... so könnte der Urlaub sein! :) Und wer arbeiten muss, kann das im neuen, eigenen Büro direkt am Pool tun. Schnelles WLAN ist selbstverständlich.

# Precioso velero de 8,40 Mts, el interior es pequeño ( 1.62 Mt de altura) pero muy acogedor. La parte exterior trasera (bañera) es amplia y confortable para momentos al sol. No es apropiado para niños o personas de movilidad reducida. Baños y duchas se ubican en la marina que se encuentra a 10 Min a pie del centro de la ciudad donde encontraran lugares muy agradables, centros comerciales,cines, ocio nocturno, autobuses para ir a todas las zonas de la isla, playa y lugares históricos.
