A beautiful stone house recently restored situated in a quiet cul de sac 7 kmts away from the town of Cedeira. A small town on the coast where you can find all the amenities you need. This fabulous watermill stood empty and abandoned until it was recently fully restored and converted into a beautiful, comfortable home. The house sits on over a hectare of land and is extremely private, yet it has the convenience of being only a 2 minute drive to the local restaurant and a 5 minute drive the beaches and to the nearest village where you can find everything you need.

The Water's Edge

The house is spacious and comfortable, with lovely views of the Ortigueira Estuary and colorful sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and BBQ. Just 3 min from town and 5 min to the beach. IMPORTANT NOTE: It is only the bottom floor of the house that is being rented. The top floor is an empty loft, used only for storage. Guests can be assured that they will not be sharing the space, or the garden, with anyone else.
