Dış kısımda bulunan cam balkonlu terasımızda yemek pişirebileceğiniz mutfak ve mangal yapabileceğiniz şöminemiz mevcuttur. Yerimizde mutlu bir konaklama geçireceğinizden eminiz. 2023 yılında inşa edilen Villa Villa Cozy, tüm yatak odalarında ebeveyn banyosu olan 5 yatak odalı bir villadır. 4 yatak odasında çift kişilik yatak bulunmaktadır. Çatı katında ise 1 çift kişilik ve 2 tek kişilik yatağı bulunmaktadır. Çatı katının banyosunda jakuzi bulunmaktadır. Muğla İlinin Ortaca İlçesinde Dalyandadır . Yürüyerek merkeze 8 dk, Dalyan Nehri’ne 5 dk ve Barlar Caddesi'ne 10 dk yürüme mesafesindedir. Merkeze doğru yürürken yol boyunca birçok mağaza ve restoran bulacaksınız.

Cozy Villa with Great Outdoor Garden Near the Town

This Cozy villa is only 5 minutes walking distance to the center Dalyan where all the bars and restaurants. Villa has very large private garden with salty system private pool. For the winter months we have centeral heat pump inside the house so you will be able to keep your comfort in cold days. Our garden is covert with many trees and plants which gives you a nice privacy. You can enjoy the day around the pool and have fun with our pool table. Our pools are open between april/november.

The villa is located in the very center. The whole group will appreciate the proximity to attractions. Private pool. Fully equipped kitchen and living room. 4 large bedrooms. 1st floor bedroom: Accommodates 3 sleeping places, features a private bathroom (shower cabin) and air conditioning. 2nd floor bedrooms: Three separate bedrooms with 2 sleeping places each, every one with its own bathroom and air conditioning. One of these bedrooms has an additional single bed. (up to 10 guests)
