A lovely remodeled in-law suite in a 1920s Mission Styled home in College Park suited for 2 people with a separate entrance, private bath & a little kitchenette.The Suite looks out into a garden to offer a relaxing view. Even though you are in the Downtown area, the suite was designed to offer solitude. We are walking distance to many restaurants & only an easy 5 minute drive to downtown Orlando. This newly renovated studio apartment with private entrance is located in the heart of Winter Park. The studio is attached to the main house, however it has it's own private entrance and separate parking spot. The home is a short drive to downtown Orlando (7 min). 28 minutes to the Airport, 25 minutes to Disney, 15 minutes to Universal Studios, 20 minutes to Seaworld and a short drive to Orlando Health Hospital. There's laundry service within 5 minutes.

This studio apartment is located in the lower level of our home and is perfect for one or two people. It has a private entrance, a king bed, overlooks the pool and the lake with views of downtown Orlando. Please note there is no kitchen, but there is a wetbar with microwave and mini fridge. In addition to the indoor shower, there is also a outdoor shower and a dock with canoe. Please also note the inside ceiling height is lower than average at 6'3”.
