Smještaj se sastoji od dnevnog boravaka (klimatiziran ), dvije spavace sobe (klimatizirane ) , potpuno opremljene kuhinje, kupatila i velike terase koja vam pruza ugodnu dozu privatnosti tijekom vaseg boravka u Mostaru. U blizini se nalaze trgovina , ljekarna, pekarna i market koji je otvoren svakim danom 00-24. h.

Kuća se nalazi odmaknuta od glavne prometnice. Parking je privatni i odmaknut je od kuće oko 50 metara zračne linije. Inače normalnom cestom od parkinga do apartmana je oko 270 metara. Kod dolaska nije moguće doći autom skroz do vile, nego se moguće zaustaviti autom oko 30 metara od vile, izbaciti stvari i odvesti auto na parking. Krasan pogled sa balkona na mjesto i more. Komuniciramo sa gostima na češkom, slovačkom, engleskom i njemačkom jeziku. Nije za goste sa poteškoćama u kretanju!
