Tiny house - Guesthouse

Our rustic shipping container guest house sits just outside of town on a 10 acre working Ranch. Enjoy a peaceful night, with the sounds of the creek and a few farm animals mixed in, including dogs that will visit your front door and keep guard on the property. Dogs may bark in the middle of the night! Our tiny and cozy guest house has custom and unique details throughout and is best suited for 1-2 people. This home is up a dirt road and there is parking directly in front of the tiny house.

Family Reunions or Multiple Families - WE HAVE ROOM! Linder Farmhouse is a 6000+ sq ft property that has 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 living rooms. Max occupancy of 30. Seasonal Outdoor Swimming Pool and TWO Year Round Hot Tubs. The Primary Suite has a King size bed. Other bedrooms have a Queen or a King except Bedroom 8 which has 4 BUNKS. Additionally, there are 9 twin sized mattresses with bedding that can be placed on the floor. More info on "The space" section below.

The Country Cottage

This adorable Country Cottage is cozy and tidy, in a peaceful rural setting near Weiser, ID. Many windows for plenty of natural light, and comfy bed. The kitchen is set up with cooking utensils, dishes, pots, pans, etc. Attached garage for indoor parking, plus plenty of driveway parking. Extra fridge/freezer in the garage. Laundry room in the basement, plus an additional bed in the basement and air mattress. The basement does not meet fire code egress windows, so please use at your discretion.

Kar's Kottage

Our little country cottage is a perfect stopover for the sole traveler or a couple. Located between Vale & Ontario, it is a two mile drive up a scenic winding road just off Hwy 20/26. Come enjoy this country setting surrounded by corn & hay fields. You can look across the fields & see our cows grazing with their calves. This one-bedroom cottage is fully furnished with everything to make your stay enjoyable. With no TV, you will be able to truly appreciate the quietness of the country. No pets!

Beautiful two-story home just minutes from downtown Middleton. The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed, soaking tub, and separate shower. Boise is less than an hour away. There are several restaurants & grocery stores just across the river in Ontario.

Our little 2 Bedroom Studio/Loft apartment is an open design inspired by our roots in New York City. It has a full kitchen, large bathroom and a covered front porch. It was originally an airplane hangar where a local legend built bi-planes before being refinished into an apartment for my mother. The home is on a dead end street and only one mile to the freeway.
