Additionally coffee is provided along with a fully outfitted kitchen with a laundry room located on-site (not in unit). This apartment is tastefully decorated and modestly priced. This is a one bedroom suite with a sleeper sofa, allowing up to four guests . The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, and coffee bar, and the tv has streaming for your viewing enjoyment. WIFI and workout area to start your day! The patio area includes an eating area, and hot tub (open all year!), all very private.

Welcome to your newly remodeled complete pool house featuring a private entrance, brand new bathroom with double sinks and a large walk in shower, the unit has two memory foam queen mattresses as well as a full fold out futon and smart tvs. The in ground pool is HEATED (certain times) and and there is a 4 person hot tub on site, with a hibachi flattop grill and lounge chairs for your relaxation. This space has a maximum of 4 guests allowed no exceptions, ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED!!
