Beautiful modern cottage in the first row with magnificent views of Roskilde Fjord. High up on a hill where the fjord view all day long and the sunset is most beautiful. The house is 98 sqm and stylishly furnished with a living/dining room from which there is a clear view of the fjord. The living room has a built-in fireplace and the house contains four cosy bedrooms, a functional bathroom and separate well-equipped kitchen. From the wooden terrace there is a stair leading directly to the beach.

Enjoy this peaceful cabin with friends or family among the trees. Take advantage of the abundant nature through trail hikes in the surrounding area or visit the fjord beach, just a 100m walk away. Velkommen til "Bellevue" - vores smukke sommerhus på et af de højeste steder i Kulhuse. Her har I udsigt til trækronerne i Nordskoven og et fantastisk lys fra morgen til aften. På Bellevue kan I virkelig få slappet af, lade op og nyde naturen på allertætteste hold. Få minutter fra skov, strand og tæt på indkøbsmuligheder. Vi har indrettet vores hus som et voksenhus til fire. Børn over 15 år er velkommen. Huset er bygget i 2022/2023 og vi passer godt på det. Der er ladeboks til elbil og hybridbil

Fra sommerhuset er der 200 meter til skoven og 800 meter til stranden. Grunden er total uforstyrret med en smuk ældre beplantning. Huset er totalrenoveret i år og fremstår meget indbydende med loft til kip og udgang til stor syd-vestvendt træterrasse. Huset rummer tillige 3 gode soveværelser og fuldstændig nyt badeværelse.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Hyggeligt, nyrenoveret sommerhus med en god balance mellem gammel og nyt. Rolig og afslappet atmosfære hvor I finder alt, hvad I skal bruge for at koble af og hygge jer. Huset ligger tilbagetrukket fra vejen, og om sommeren når alt er sprunget ud, føles det som at være midt i skoven. Der er en stor terrasse - både overdækket og ikke - samt en bålplads. Brugsen ligger kun 250m. væk, stranden 1,5km og skov 2km væk. Der er madrasser, eller sofa, hvor eventuel 3. person kan sove.

Welcome to our newly renovated cottage located near Roskilde Fjord. You'll be surrounded by peaceful nature with view to our little lake and only 3 min walk to the fjord, which offers stunning sunsets. There is also possibility of charging your electric car if needed and the supermarket is only 5 min away by car. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Note. We accept only couples and families. We do not accept groups below 35. No parties are allowed.

The house is a perfect place to kick back and relax for parents, grand parents and kids. Whether being inside or outside, you’ll find ample opportunities to enjoy life. The main house holds a big living room connected to the kitchen, and three bedrooms. Further more there’s a bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. The kitchen is fully functional and well equipped. The cabin is one big room with a double + single bed.
