The Annexe, within the owner’s enclosed grounds, is set in the peaceful Devon countryside, well located for many different activities including; surfing, walking, fishing, cycling and sightseeing. Perfect for walkers, the village of Belstone is on the north edge of Dartmoor National Park, yet only 5 minutes from the A30. Sheep and ponies graze freely through the village, and as you walk past the excellent Tors Inn the moor opens up giving access to hiking, biking and horse riding activities. Once you have arrived in Belstone you can leave your car and simply enjoy the walks and outdoor pursuits Dartmoor has to offer. Okehampton with it's range of shops is an easy 10 minute drive away.

Lower Puddicombe Cottage

The Cottage is part of a picturesque traditional longhouse on the edge of Dartmoor. Peaceful but accessible location - only 25 mins from Exeter / M5. Cosy, functional interior with access to outside seating. 20 minute walk to the village of Drewsteignton where there is our amazing community pub - the Drewe Arms. A little further walk to Castle Drogo or the Fingle Bridge Inn. 1 mile off the Two Moors Way trail so perfect for hikers, or simply for those needing a quiet get away.

Perfectly located right in the centre of Devon near the small town of North Tawton. Stunning beaches are within a 1 hour drive. Access onto Dartmoor is nearby.

Ideally located for the Devon cycling mecca, the Granite Way, which is at the end of the road. A number of pubs, shops and restaurants are a short walk away. Dartmoor itself is also accessible by foot or a few minutes in the car. The sandy beaches of North Devon are a 40 minute drive away if you fancy a surf!
