Okareka Escape | Cute Apartment with Lake Views

Cute, warm and sunny unit with views overlooking Lake Okareka. This holiday unit is fully self contained and shares the property with Waterfront Escape so could be perfect for large groups wanting to book both the main home and the unit. The unit does not have lake access but does enjoy lake views and is right next-door to the Okareka wetlands where you can enjoy an easy 5.5km scenic walk along the boardwalk that wraps around the side of the lake.

We have one modern fully self contained apartment in Coastlands, Whakatane, we live above apartment which is at rear on ground floor. Only 400 metres walk to main beach access, good fishing with Surfcasting or Kontiki fishing or maybe take a stroll or relax and enjoy this lovely beach. 7 minutes drive to shopping, supermarket. Windsor Apartment

This Brand New compact studio, has a kitchenette with microwave, electric frypan, slow cooker, electric jug & toaster (no stove) It is within walking distance to town and a short driving distance to beaches, kayaking the rivers, hiking and biking trails, with the Motu cycle trail on the doorstep. Whale island tours leave from Whakatāne which is a short drive away. Opotiki has an amazing 3 level Museum that you can spend hours at.

Motuhora Rise Retreat

'Motuhora Rise' Retreat is nestled in the beautiful native bush with abundant bird life including the Kiwi. You'll love this peaceful and private 'retreat' environment. It is only a 7 minute bush walk to the town and a 5 minute drive to Ohope Beach (New Zealand's most loved beach) which is a safe swimming and surf beach.
