Enjoy kayaking, fishing and crabbing for fun. Bicycle and walk on our quiet, dead-end street. Privacy and nature, yet with nearby beaches, restaurants, shopping, golf, boating opportunities. Nearby is the historic city of Wilmington on the Cape Fear River. Parties and events are not allowed.

Ever want to vacation to the beach with your own private pickleball court? Look no further! This fully renovated ranch house is less than 1 mile from Mayfaire shopping, less than 5 miles to Wrightsville beach, and less than 10 miles from Historic downtown. Great for families and get togethers. "The Pickleball Place" boasts a remodeled kitchen, living room, laundry room, three bedrooms, and bonus room. Spacious enclosed yard for pets in the back! Did I mention a regulation sized pickleball court?

The pool has been completely renovated and is absolutely beautiful! This very clean condo (some say motel like bc of parking lot and kitchenette) is walking distance from some of the area’s best restaurants and hangouts! The Intracoastal Waterway and bridge to Wrightsville Beach are 200ft away. This unique location allows you to watch the boats navigate the waterway and see the sunrise. Welcome to the Stokley Cottage! Completely renovated in 2023 this charming property still resonates the charm of a true historical beach cottage. Enjoy all the benefits of our Iconic location steps away from the Intracoastal Waterway, famous WB Drawbridge and of course the beach! Take a stroll to FishHouse Grill or Dockside for sunset cocktails or a waterfront lunch. Skip the parking fees, grab bikes and cruise over the bridge for a day on the beach then retreat back to your shady front porch!

Welcome to the Fish Den! Come stay at this private home located about 15 minutes from Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington. This home has a large fenced in backyard with a pergola, perfect for spending time outdoors. A great property for all types of guests - solo travelers, couples, and families. Oh, and we are dog friendly! We have a mini golden doodle and understand that dogs are apart of the family too! Early check in may be approved - please message host. $50 early check in fee.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.
