And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

Our adorable home is a 358-square-foot one-bedroom with a loft is perfectly located to visit beaches, attend NFL games, or take a short drive to historical St Augustine or Fernandina Beach. This home is fully equipped with all utilities, including basic cable, Wi-Fi, two pools, a dog park, and a fitness center. The location is one exit from River City Marketplace and the Jacksonville airport, providing over 100 restaurants and retailer options.

The house was built in 2023, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living/dining room and laundry. There’s a 6 car parking lot + a 2 car garage. Trailers and RVs are welcome (driveway is 60ft long). The back of the house has a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill. In total, 8 people could fit comfortably, though up to 9. If you're staying over the duration of 28 days and would like something added, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate all my guests!
